Field Notes 23 April 2026: First crop of Dahlias have made it into the ground. Over ten different varieties — an assortment of colors and flower structures.
Field Notes 01 March 2026: The other half of the field has been tilled. T-posts have been set for half the field with rows set for planting and walkways. Tamped down and ground-clothed the center walkway splitting the field in half down the middle.
Field Notes 28 February 2026: First half of the field has been tilled. Fungal hyphae structures have probably been destroyed and microbial communities disrupted. We’ll have to amend the soil and work to rebuild and restore these communities in
Field Notes 25 February 2026: Discing of the field. Breaking up compacted soil structure, incorporating plant material (organic matter) back into the soil.
23 February 2026: Sporting the new logo.
